Whatsapp Hackers and how to better protect your whatsapp account

So there’s a new trend of whatsapp hackers that take over your whatsapp account and change the number associated with that account.

Then they continue to chat on groups you belong to as you and usually they have an offer of one ponzi or the other.

The idea is that because the people in the group think it’s you, they are more likely to buy into the idea.

Protect yourself and your loved ones by activating the two step verification on Whatsapp and when someone changes their number and sends you an offer to join a ponzi scheme, you should call to confirm that it’s actually them.

To activate the Two Step Verification;
*Go to Whatsapp setting
* Click on Account
* Click on Two Step Verification
* Follow the prompt to set it up.
